Swamp Lily or White Ginger-Lily (Hedychium coronarium) an invasive species in the Parque das Neblinas, So Paulo, Brazil. Photographed on 12 March 2016.An invasive species occuring along stream edges, in swamps and spreading throughout rainforest patches. This is a very bad weed in parts of Brazil, and also is invasive in Australia. It is native to the Himalayan regions of Nepal and India.
